The Account & Business Development Executive position at Machinio is critical to the growth of the company. Interview Process:

  • First step: 30min Phone call w/ the Director of Operations
  • Second step: 1 hour Video interview with the Sales Manager & VP of Sales, for an in-depth understanding of the role and an exercise.
  • Third step: 45min final interview with the VP of Sales for final alignment and compensation discussion.

We're real employees with long tenures and institutional knowledge, and we work with and manage doing the job/team for which you are interviewing.   • Acquiring clients, expanding the client base and generating revenue for our products, Machinio System.
  • Establishing relationships with business owners and C-level executives all over North America and bringing them on as members.
  • Complying with KPIs and goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Collaborating and strategizing with the Business Development, Operations and Leadership team to improve aspects applicable to your role, as well as to the overall growth of the company.


  • Fluent in Japanese and English (Chinese would be a plus)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience selling a product
  • Comfort-level with learning, strategizing, introducing, selling and scaling products.
  • Proven track record of success carrying/maintaining/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Mastery in establishing relationships with anyone.
  • Ability to negotiate exceptionally well.
  • Ability to serve as a consultant, with a problem-solving approach.
