The Business Development Executive position at Machinio is critical to the growth of the company.   • Acquiring clients, expanding the client base and generating revenue for our Advertising and SaaS products.
  • Establishing relationships with business owners and C-level executives all over North America and bringing them on as members.
  • Complying with KPIs and goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Collaborating and strategizing with the Business Development, Operations and Leadership teams to improve aspects applicable to your role, as well as to the overall growth of the company.


  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Comfortable learning, strategizing, introducing, selling and scaling products.
  • Proven track record of success carrying/maintaining/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Mastery in establishing relationships with anyone.
  • Ability to negotiate exceptionally well.
  • Ability to serve as a consultant, with a problem-solving approach.

Our Interview Process:

  • Step 1 - Phone Interview with the Director of Operations to get to know you.
  • Step 2 - Google Meets video interview with our EU Managers, to discuss the role further and conduct an evaluation.
  • Step 3 - Final interview with one of our Senior Directors.
