The Account Manager position at Machinio.com is critical to the growth of the company. If you are fluent/proficient in CHINESE and ENGLISH (required), have 2+ years of experience in client relationships, are hard working, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make an immediate impact, this role is a great opportunity for you. As an Account Manager, you will work with a very high-performing team on maintaining existing client relationships in China, renewing and potentially upselling their yearly memberships, and strategize with the team on overall client retention in our APAC market.
