The Position

this role is for candidates who speak fluent ENGLISH, in addition to fluent/native CHINESE/MANDARIN.

The Account Manager position at Machinio.com is critical to the growth of the company. If you are fluent/proficient in CHINESE and ENGLISH (required), have 2+ years of experience in client relationships, are hard working, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make an immediate impact, this role is a great opportunity for you. As an Account Manager, you will work with a very high-performing team on maintaining existing client relationships in China, renewing and potentially upselling their yearly memberships, and strategize with the team on overall client retention in our APAC market. Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all paying member's needs, build relationships, and maintain the client’s experience with Machinio's services for the duration of their membership.
  • Renew/upsell annual memberships, using effective negotiation skills.
  • Review each account regularly to ensure client's ROI maximization.
  • Report back to the development team on client's technical issues, concerns and any related requests that can be improved/fixed/changed.
  • Collaborate with the renewals team and other teams to improve aspects applicable to your role, as well as to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • Fluent/Native CHINESE and ENGLISH, REQUIRED.
  • Ability to go to our office at Longemont Yes Tower from Monday thru Friday.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, and/or client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Client-focused, with a strong problem-solving approach

Compensation

  • Base salary

  • Step 1 - Phone Interview with the Senior Director of Operations to get to know you, your background and tell you about us!
  • Step 2 - Google Meets video interview with our Account Management Team Leads to discuss the role in depth.
  • Step 3 - Final interview with our VP.
